Mississippi Power’s participation in the assistance efforts to rebuild the electric grid in Puerto Rico were highlighted today by WLOX in Biloxi.
Vice President of Customer Services Nicole Faulk spoke with reporter Dave Ryan and provided an overview of the overall restoration effort, the benefits of mutual assistance among utilities, the innovative ways crews are rebuilding the island’s electrical grid and interactions with residents that had power restored.
